On Thursday 31st October, J Wyndham Prince Director Peter Mehl, General Manager Mark MacKenzie and Superintendent Brett Bonfield attended the Caddens Hills Quarter sod turning event to celebrate the commencement of construction on site.
The ceremony hosted by Rawson Homes included Penrith City Council Mayor Todd Carney and Local Aboriginal Land Council Elder Aunty Belinda Griffen.
The Caddens Hill estate is in the Penrith Local Government Area. It covers approximately 37 hectares and created over 750 of land to date and J Wyndham Prince has been engaged on the Caddens Hill estate since 2016 as the civil design and stormwater management consultant on the project for all 10 Stages.
For Caddens Hill Stage 10, J Wyndham Prince has been proud to partner with the Rawson Group and Kingsmede in the development as the Project Manager and Superintendent of the 45 lot integrated housing development with construction by Menai Civil Contractors. This has been led by J Wyndham Prince’s Paul Koen and Brett Bonfield (pictured).
