Are you a graduate?
As a member of our Graduate Programme you’ll be given valuable consulting, technical and interpersonal skills to become an exceptional consulting engineer. You’ll have the chance to experience all areas of the business over a two-year period where you will get to learn about different specialist engineering areas. After this time, you’ll settle into the area that best matches your skills, personal preferences and the overall business needs.
You will have your own Senior Technical expert as a dedicated mentor and you’ll work on key projects in a collaborative and innovative environment to ensure the most complete development of your skills.
