From an early age, I developed a keen interest in drafting and embarked on a journey to learn AutoCAD through a JSS TAFE course. Starting as a draftsman, I quickly realized that what truly fascinated me was the problem-solving aspect of civil engineering. Consequently, I transitioned to pursue a part-time engineering degree while working full-time. It was undoubtedly a demanding path, but the fulfilment that comes from making a positive impact on a project is immeasurable. Completing a project and reflecting on the initial stages when you stood in an empty field visualizing its potential is incredibly rewarding.

I bring to the table over 24 years of experience as a highly skilled civil engineer, specializing in engineering design and water cycle management. My expertise spans both land development and major infrastructure projects. Early in my career, I spent twelve years as a designer, honing my project management and design skills. This period allowed me to gain profound insights into the built environment, working on a diverse range of projects, from subdivisions to carparks and road designs.

A pivotal moment saw my transition to the Stormwater & Flooding Team, where I focused on stormwater-related projects. My specialization encompassed water quality and quantity modelling, flood studies, and design work related to water cycle management. I built proficiency in hydrology, hydraulics, and infrastructure design.

In the past two years, I've held a unique dual role in both the private sector and as a Senior Engineer with Blacktown City Council in their Asset Design Team. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into designing major S7.11 infrastructure and Works In Kind projects. It also cultivated a deep understanding of local government operations and fostered fruitful relationships.

I possess extensive experience in various civil engineering software packages, including GIS MapInfo, XP-RAFTS, HEC-RAS, DRAINS, TUFLOW, 12d, and AutoCAD.

In my role as a Design Leader, my primary responsibility is to guide project delivery, ensuring that project objectives are successfully achieved.

With 24 years in the industry, I bring a wealth of experience to every project.

I initially joined J. Wyndham Prince in July 2011 and worked until October 2018. I re-joined the team in February 2023. I hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Civ) and I’m a University of Western Sydney UWS Medal Winner.

As a lifelong Panthers fanatic, and I've been thoroughly enjoying the recent dream run and our history making 3-peat!
