To continue celebrating International Women’s Day, the JWP team recently came together for an International Women’s Day Morning Tea.
Our Senior Leaders, Sabina Lohani and Karen Edwards, shared their experiences and reflections on the importance of women at JWP and the achievements of women across the engineering industry.
They also spoke about something just as important, the support and encouragement they’ve received from a number of male colleagues throughout their careers. Those mentors and allies have helped open doors, create opportunities and support their continued professional growth.
It was a meaningful conversation and a great reminder that strong teams are built on support, respect and shared success.
